Physician Care
     Brenn-Field has a full staff of physicians on call 24 hours a
     day. Rounds are made regularly to monitor residents progress.
Nursing Care
     We have a complete staff of qualified licensed nurses 24 hours
     a day able to carry out doctors orders.
Social Service
     Full time social service staff to assist residents and their
     families. This department will provide emotional support and
     guidance individually to residents.
Dietary
     A registered dietitian along with a full time dietary service
     department design a diet in accordance with the residents
     physical and medical needs.
Pharmacy
     Pharmaceutical deliveries are made daily assuring that well
     stocked medication is available when needed.
Physical Therapy
     Residents are seen daily licensed personnel that establishes
     and implements treatment plans as described by attending
     physicians. Available with doctors referral.
Occupational Therapy
     Relearning and rehabilitating therapy by licensed personnel
     provides direct therapy to promote independent daily living.
Psychiatric Services
     A consulting psychiatrist is available to residents who require
     such services.
Podiatry Services
     A qualified staff of consulting podiatrists who make rounds on
     regular intervals to assure proper foot care.
Dental Services
     A dentist makes rounds on a regular basis in order to achieve
     maximum dental care and oral hygiene for each resident.
Opthalmology/Optometry Services
     An opthalmologist/Optometrist makes regularly scheduled
     rounds to examine and dispense the necessary corrective
     glasses as the need arise or medical treatment.
Diagnostics Services
     X-ray and laboratory services are available to residents
     through independent providers that perform the needed
     diagnostic services when ordered by the physician.
Interdisciplinary Team
     The planning team, consisting of all disciplines, meet on a
     weekly basis to assure the resident is receiving a consistent
     total care plan that is individualized to meet the resident's
     needs
Discharge Coordination
     The Director of Social Services performs the task of discharge
     coordinator to assist the residents and their families in
     adjusting to the return to a dependent or independent setting.
Nutritious Food
     Our Dietary Manager supervises the preparation of meals and
     snacks.  Special diet requirements are met by our Registered
     Dietitian according to physician orders.
